It was the best of Hanoi hotels I visited before. The staff was consistently courteous, the accommodation was simple and clean. The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab.

Very engaging staff and secure location. I booked a FAMILY queen room, it was delightful and had climate control, lounge chair and all required facilities. Reasonably clean and extremely comfy hotel in Hoan Kiem district. Very good value for money and excellent service.

It was an enjoyable experience overall. Prime location with marvellous service and knowledgeable staff. The shops and a night market were right next door.

Staff was courteous and room was very clean. Location was marvellous, 30 km to Noi Bai International airport, perfectly reachable. The little balcony has a lovely view.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay. Modest property, spotless, its location and staff were beautiful. A short walk to the wonderful beach. Also, bat dan street was in the area of the venue.

Attractions like st joseph cathedral are adjacent to the hotel. We could have lunch in my van than set within 100 metres. Can recommend it for every one
